SEMANA INTERNACIONAL DE LA EDUCACI\u00d3N ART\u00cdSTICA<\/h3>\n

Instituciones educativas, organizaciones culturales y comunidades celebran esta semana la Semana Internacional de la Educaci\u00f3n Art\u00edstica<\/strong>, una iniciativa impulsada por la UNESCO que busca promover el valor de las artes en la educaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo social.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante esta semana, se realizan talleres, exposiciones, clases abiertas, conferencias y actividades interdisciplinarias que invitan a reflexionar sobre el lugar que ocupa la cultura en los procesos formativos. El objetivo es claro: subrayar que la educaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica no es un complemento, sino un componente esencial para el desarrollo completo de las personas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Expertos en pedagog\u00eda coinciden en que las artes visuales, la m\u00fasica, el teatro, la danza y otras expresiones culturales fomentan habilidades fundamentales como la creatividad, el pensamiento cr\u00edtico, la empat\u00eda y la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas. Adem\u00e1s, constituyen una herramienta poderosa para fortalecer la identidad, la memoria colectiva y la cohesi\u00f3n social.<\/span><\/p>\n

En muchos pa\u00edses, sin embargo, la educaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica sigue estando relegada frente a materias consideradas \u201cprioritarias\u201d. La Semana Internacional de la Educaci\u00f3n Art\u00edstica busca tambi\u00e9n incidir en los tomadores de decisiones, promoviendo pol\u00edticas educativas que garanticen el acceso equitativo a experiencias culturales y art\u00edsticas de calidad.<\/span><\/p>\n

La UNESCO ha recordado que la cultura y la educaci\u00f3n son derechos humanos interdependientes. La directora general del organismo, Audrey Azoulay, expres\u00f3 en un comunicado que \u201cla educaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica no solo enriquece el conocimiento, sino que cultiva el alma\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

En un mundo marcado por la incertidumbre y los desaf\u00edos globales, la educaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica se presenta como una herramienta clave para imaginar y construir un futuro m\u00e1s justo, inclusivo y humano. INTERNATIONAL ARTS EDUCATION WEEK<\/h3>\n

Educational institutions, cultural organisations and communities are celebrating this week the International Arts Education Week<\/strong>, an initiative promoted by UNESCO that seeks to promote the value of the arts in education and social development.<\/span><\/p>\n

During this week, workshops, exhibitions, open classes, conferences and interdisciplinary activities will be held, inviting reflection on the place of culture in educational processes. The aim is clear: to emphasise that arts education is not an add-on, but an essential component for the full development of individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Experts in pedagogy agree that visual arts, music, theatre, dance and other cultural expressions foster fundamental skills such as creativity, critical thinking, empathy and problem solving. They are also a powerful tool for strengthening identity, collective memory and social cohesion.<\/span><\/p>\n

In many countries, however, arts education continues to take a back seat to subjects considered \u2018priorities\u2019. The International Arts Education Week also seeks to influence decision-makers by promoting education policies that guarantee equitable access to quality cultural and artistic experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

UNESCO has recalled that culture and education are interdependent human rights. The organisation's director general, Audrey Azoulay, said in a statement that \u2018arts education not only enriches knowledge, but also cultivates the soul\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a world marked by uncertainty and global challenges, arts education is a key tool for imagining and building a more just, inclusive and humane future.
