\n\nEn la pasada 39\u00aa Conferencia General de la UNESCO sobre Ciencia e investigadores\u00a0 Cient\u00edficos, se adoptaron una serie de recomendaciones que, de manera expresa, nos ha hecho llegar la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Espa\u00f1ola de Cooperaci\u00f3n con la UNESCO, para que le di\u00e9ramos la adecuada difusi\u00f3n difusi\u00f3n.\n\nLa Recomendaci\u00f3nest\u00e1 destinada a todos los institutos de investigaci\u00f3n, individuos y organizaciones cient\u00edficas que se dedican a la ciencia, la regulan y promueven, as\u00ed como a cualquiera que est\u00e9 interesado en las normas, pol\u00edticas y \u00e9tica de la ciencia.\u00a0\u00a0 Esta Recomendaci\u00f3n reemplaza a la Recomendaci\u00f3n de 1974 sobre el estado de los Investigadores Cient\u00edficos y pretende\u00a0\u00a0 informar sobre la pol\u00edtica cient\u00edfica y los aspectos \u00e9ticos de la ciencia a nivel mundial.\u00a0 \u00a0La Recomendaci\u00f3n hace un llamamiento a los estados miembros y a sus gobiernos para que creen las condiciones necesarias que permitan florecer y avanzar la ciencia, \u00a0para que se practique de forma \u00e9tica y justa y para que sea relevante y \u00fatil a la sociedad .\n\nEsta actualizaci\u00f3n asegura que la Recomendaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 siendo importante para las comunidades de investigaci\u00f3n en todo el mundo frente a los nuevos desaf\u00edos regulatorios y \u00e9ticos que surgen relacionados con la gobernabilidad de la ciencia y la relaci\u00f3n ciencia-sociedad\n\n \n\nhttp:\/\/www.unesco.org\/new\/en\/social-and-human-sciences\/themes\/bioethics\/1974-recommendation\/<\/a>\n\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
