Actualmente vivimos situaciones de crisis, desaf\u00edos, violencia, violaciones de los derechos humanos o fuerzas divisorias, entre otros, que suponen una amenaza para \u201cla paz, la seguridad, el desarrollo y la armon\u00eda social\u201d.
