Eli Yannai y su equipo, experto en la edad de Bronce de la AAI estudiar\u00e1 con m\u00e9todos cient\u00edficos modernos este hallazgo para entender las costumbres funerarias de la \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n\n\n\nEn la cueva se refleja el amplio comercio internacional de la \u00e9poca, que coincide con el reinado del fara\u00f3n Rams\u00e9s II cuando el imperio egipcio controlaba Can\u00e1an. Las vasijas se han identificado como como objetos importados de Chipre y Ugarit, en la costa norte de Siria, as\u00ed como de regiones costeras cercanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre las piezas encontradas, se han observado vasijas, cuencos de cer\u00e1mica -algunos pintados en rojo-, c\u00e1lices con pie, ollas de cocina, l\u00e1mparas, puntas de flecha o lanzas de bronce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ahora comienza una gran labor interdisciplinar por parte de los investigadores para determinar datos e informaci\u00f3n que nos permita acercarnos a la forma de vida, costumbres y creencias de esta \u00e9poca, ya lejana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
__<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/video>\u00a9Amica Review<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\nA BURIAL CAVE FROM THE TIME OF RAMSES II DISCOVERED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n On Sunday, September 18th, 2022<\/strong>, the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA)<\/strong> reported the discovery of a burial cave from the time of Pharaoh Ramses II<\/strong>. The ceramic vessels and bronze weapons were found last Wednesday<\/strong> when the roof of a cave in the Palmahim Beach National Park<\/strong> was penetrated as part of urban development work, exposing the cave.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe researchers who went to this Israeli park near the Mediterranean, said that the space had been frozen in time and entered this burial cave for the first time since it was sealed at the time of Ramses II, pharaoh related to the biblical exodus from Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the archaeological researchers in charge of the area, the objects found inside the cave have been preserved intact for 3300 years, since the Late Bronze Age<\/strong>. Eli Yannai and his team, a Bronze Age expert from the AAI, will study this find with modern scientific methods to understand the burial customs of the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe cave reflects the extensive international trade of the period, which coincides with the reign of Pharaoh Ramses II when the Egyptian empire controlled Canaan. The vessels have been identified as objects imported from Cyprus and Ugarit, on the northern coast of Syria, as well as from nearby coastal regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among the pieces found, pottery vessels, ceramic bowls -some painted in red-, chalices with foot, cooking pots, lamps, arrowheads or bronze spears have been observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now begins a great interdisciplinary work on the part of the researchers to determine data and information that will allow us to approach the way of life, customs and beliefs of this now distant era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
