Aunque los ingredientes sean de primera calidad, el verdadero encanto del sabor y el aroma de la paella radica en otro secreto: debe ser cocinada a fuego lento con le\u00f1a de las ramas de los naranjos.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":\"15px\"}}} -->\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Y es que justamente, su origen radica en <strong>Valencia<\/strong>, ciudad de los naranjos, hacia los siglos XV y XVI, cuando los campesinos de las zonas m\u00e1s rurales optaron por realizar un plato r\u00e1pido y sencillo, con alimentos que el propio campo prove\u00eda.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":\"15px\"}}} -->\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">El martes 9 de noviembre de 2021 la UNESCO declar\u00f3 la paella Bien de Inter\u00e9s Cultural Inmaterial, y motiv\u00f3 a <strong>dedicar un d\u00eda en el calendario para celebrar<\/strong> esta pr\u00e1ctica culinaria con el objetivo de mantener viva la tradici\u00f3n y as\u00ed preservarla para futuras generaciones a nivel nacional e internacional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":\"15px\"}}} -->\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">___<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"color\":{\"text\":\"#0077d4\"},\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":\"25px\"}}} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0077d4;font-size:25px\"><strong>SEPTEMBER 20th: WORLD PAELLA DAY<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":\"15px\"},\"color\":{\"text\":\"#0077d4\"}}} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0077d4;font-size:15px\">Today, September 20, World Paella Day is celebrated, one of the unique dishes of Valencian gastronomy.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":\"15px\"},\"color\":{\"text\":\"#0077d4\"}}} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0077d4;font-size:15px\">Thanks to its tradition in the cooking technique, paella has traveled worldwide, placing itself in one of the most recognized points on the world gastronomic map.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"typography\":{\"fontSize\":\"15px\"},\"color\":{\"text\":\"#0077d4\"}}} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0077d4;font-size:15px\">It is a typical dish based on rice combined with poultry, hare (or field rabbit), fresh vegetables, saffron, olive oil, and water.
