La Ley 16\/1985, de 25 de junio<\/strong>, del Patrimonio Hist\u00f3rico Espa\u00f1ol fue publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado (BOE)<\/strong> con n\u00famero 155, el 29\/06\/1985<\/strong> y entr\u00f3 en vigor el 19\/07\/1985.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

En el pre\u00e1mbulo se establece que el Patrimonio Hist\u00f3rico Espa\u00f1ol es testigo de la contribuci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de los espa\u00f1oles a la civilizaci\u00f3n universal. Por ello, la protecci\u00f3n y enriquecimiento de los bienes que lo forman, agrupan una serie de obligaciones fundamentales y vinculadas a los poderes p\u00fablicos, seg\u00fan el art. 46 de la norma constitucional. Como antecedentes, la norma regidora previa fue la del 13 de mayo de 1933.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

La Ley establece una nueva definici\u00f3n de Patrimonio Hist\u00f3rico, ampliando su extensi\u00f3n, donde se incluye: Patrimonio Arqueol\u00f3gico y Etnogr\u00e1fico, Museos, Archivos y Bibliotecas, as\u00ed como Patrimonio Documental y Bibliogr\u00e1fico<\/strong>. La Ley tambi\u00e9n propone formas de valoraci\u00f3n para la defensa del patrimonio, no s\u00f3lo a trav\u00e9s de los l\u00edmites y las prohibiciones, sino tambi\u00e9n a trav\u00e9s de la estimulaci\u00f3n de su conservaci\u00f3n. Las medidas, a su vez, son tributarias y fiscales, impulsando una pol\u00edtica con est\u00edmulo educativo, t\u00e9cnico y financiero.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

En definitiva, la Ley defiende la cultura como el camino seguro hacia la libertad de los pueblos.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

SPANISH HISTORICAL HERITAGE LAW<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Law 16\/1985, of June 25th, 1985<\/strong>, on Spanish Historical Heritage was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE)<\/em><\/strong> under number 155, on June 29th, 1985, <\/strong>and came into force on July 19th, 1985.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The preamble states that the Spanish Historical Heritage is a witness of the historical contribution of the Spanish people to universal civilization. For this reason, the protection and enrichment of the assets that form it, group a series of fundamental obligations and linked to the public authorities, according to art. 46 of the constitutional norm. As antecedents, the previous governing norm was that of May 13, 1933.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Law establishes a new definition of Historical Heritage, broadening its scope to include: Archaeological and Ethnographic Heritage, Museums, Archives and Libraries, as well as Documentary and Bibliographic Heritage<\/strong>. The Law also proposes forms of valuation for the defense of heritage, not only through limits and prohibitions, but also through the stimulation of its conservation. The measures, in turn, are tax and fiscal, promoting a policy with educational, technical and financial stimulus.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In short, the Law defends culture as the sure path to the freedom of peoples.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
