Esta herramienta creada por el Canadian Conservation Institute en colaboraci\u00f3n con el ICCROM en 2016, ha confeccionado un manual de gran utilidad para profesionales de la conservaci\u00f3n de bienes culturales y de la protecci\u00f3n general del patrimonio.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo paso, que corresponde a la identificaci\u00f3n de riesgo y va precedida del establecimiento del contexto, consiste en reunir las herramientas y estrategias apropiadas a partir del conocimiento del riesgo al que se enfrente un bien cultural. En los marcos, se distingue una clasificaci\u00f3n por: agentes, tipos, etapas y capas alrededor del bien patrimonial.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, se muestran enumerados los <strong>10 riesgos<\/strong> que identifica el manual como potencialmente peligrosos para la integridad f\u00edsica y conceptual de la obra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Fuerzas f\u00edsicas<\/strong>: en este apartado se incluyen ca\u00eddas y golpes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Robo y vandalismo<\/strong>: el expolio y los ataques vand\u00e1licos est\u00e1n, lamentablemente, a la orden del d\u00eda en cuesti\u00f3n de patrimonio cultural por el gran valor que encierran, tanto a nivel social, como econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Fuego<\/strong>: el incendio es un fen\u00f3meno que puede da\u00f1ar gravemente las obras e incluso, provocar la p\u00e9rdida total de la misma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Agua<\/strong>: en este apartado se incluyen las inundaciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Plagas<\/strong>: los insectos y otros microorganismos pueden da\u00f1ar parcial o totalmente una obra de arte, afectando a su estabilidad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Luz IR y UV<\/strong>: un incorrecto aporte de luz a determinadas obras puede provocar el viraje de su superficie y alterar la estabilidad de la misma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Temperatura inadecuada<\/strong>: de la misma forma que la luz puede afectar a los materiales constituyentes de un bien cultural, una incorrecta temperatura u oscilaciones muy evidentes en la misma puede representar un riesgo para la conservaci\u00f3n de obras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Humedad inadecuada<\/strong>: como en el caso anterior, cambios bruscos en la humedad o algunos valores dependiendo del material constituyente de la obra pueden afectar a su naturaleza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Disociaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: este fen\u00f3meno se da por la p\u00e9rdida de informaci\u00f3n de la pieza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Contaminantes<\/strong>: a nivel qu\u00edmico, se pueden dar reacciones no deseadas con los materiales que constituyen una obra de arte y alterarla, comprometiendo por completo su estabilidad qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n<p>Todos estos riesgos son f\u00e1cilmente identificables a trav\u00e9s de la observaci\u00f3n y el monitoreo continuo de las obras. Sin embargo, cualquier instituci\u00f3n o personal que est\u00e9 a cargo de bienes culturales, deber\u00e1 tener un programa de prevenci\u00f3n frente a todos estos riesgos, de manera que se disminuya al m\u00e1ximo la posibilidad de que ocurran; ya que eso, significar\u00eda la p\u00e9rdida parcial, e incluso a veces, total de una pieza.<\/p>\n<p>__<\/p>\n<div><strong>10 RISKS<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Last Wednesday, October 19th, the so-called <a href=\"https:\/\/catunescoforum.upv.es\/metodo-abc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ABC Method<\/strong><\/a> was introduced, which is carried out in the application of risk management to the preservation of cultural property. This tool, created by the Canadian Conservation Institute in collaboration with ICCROM in 2016, has produced a very useful manual for professionals in the conservation of cultural property and general heritage protection.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The second step, which corresponds to the identification of risk and is preceded by the establishment of the context, consists of bringing together the appropriate tools and strategies based on knowledge of the risk faced by a cultural property. In the frameworks, a classification is distinguished by: agents, types, stages and layers around the heritage property.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Listed below are the 10 risks identified by the manual as potentially dangerous to the physical and conceptual integrity of the work.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>1. <strong>Physical forces<\/strong>: this section includes falls and blows.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Theft and vandalism<\/strong>: plundering and vandalism attacks are, unfortunately, the order of the day in terms of cultural heritage because of the great value they contain, both socially and economically.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Fire<\/strong>: fire is a phenomenon that can seriously damage the works and even cause the total loss of the same.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Water<\/strong>: this section includes floods.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Pests<\/strong>: insects and other microorganisms can partially or totally damage a work of art, affecting its physical stability.<\/p>\n<p>6. <strong>IR and UV light<\/strong>: an inadequate supply of light to certain works of art can cause the surface of the work to change and alter its stability.<\/p>\n<p>7. <strong>Inadequate temperature<\/strong>: in the same way that light can affect the constituent materials of a cultural good, an incorrect temperature or very evident oscillations in temperature can represent a risk for the conservation of works of art.<\/p>\n<p>8. <strong>Inadequate humidity<\/strong>: as in the previous case, sudden changes in humidity or certain values depending on the constituent material of the work can affect its nature.<\/p>\n<p>9. <strong>Dissociation<\/strong>: this phenomenon is caused by the loss of information of the piece.<\/p>\n<p>10. <strong>Polluants<\/strong>: at the chemical level, undesired reactions can occur with the materials that constitute a work of art and alter it, completely compromising its chemical stability.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>All these risks are easily identifiable through observation and continuous monitoring of the works.
