M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del \u00e1mbito religioso, el toque de campanas tambi\u00e9n ha sido un sonido protagonista en la vida civil de la sociedad espa\u00f1ola, ya que han regulado la vida festiva, ritual, laboral y cotidiana en todo el territorio.<\/p>\n<p>La UNESCO, a trav\u00e9s de esta declaraci\u00f3n, pretende poner en valor y asegurar la continuidad de esta tradici\u00f3n que es com\u00fan y compartida entre los pueblos de Espa\u00f1a. Adem\u00e1s, se busca proteger un sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n \u00fanico, que se encontraba al borde de la extinci\u00f3n por la falta de campaneros, figura esencial para la preservaci\u00f3n de esta pr\u00e1ctica.
