GEPARQUES UNESCO EN ESPA\u00d1A<\/h3>\t\t\t

La UNESCO<\/strong> define y analiza los geoparques para, con esta figura, proteger los lugares y paisajes de relevancia geol\u00f3gica internacional que presentan un enfoque global. Estos sitios representan un inter\u00e9s patrimonial, geol\u00f3gico, tur\u00edstico, de conservaci\u00f3n y divulgaci\u00f3n e implica a todas las comunidades locales. Cada cuatro a\u00f1os estos lugares son sometidos a una evaluaci\u00f3n que presenta como objetivo mantener su condici\u00f3n, compagin\u00e1ndola con el desarrollo del geoturismo, la conservaci\u00f3n del medio natural y la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los miembros de red de geoparques.<\/p>\n

Esta definici\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n naci\u00f3 en la d\u00e9cada de los noventa en Europa, siendo Espa\u00f1a una de sus mayores impulsoras. En la actualidad hay m\u00e1s de 177 geoparques en 46 pa\u00edses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El paisaje, a trav\u00e9s de su naturaleza y est\u00e9tica, habla de su formaci\u00f3n, evoluci\u00f3n y tambi\u00e9n de sus habitantes. El patrimonio geol\u00f3gico es, por tanto, una gran fuente de informaci\u00f3n y recursos.<\/p>\n

Espa\u00f1a es uno de los pa\u00edses que cuenta con mayor n\u00famero de geoparques, espacios naturales reconocidos por la UNESCO, dando valor a su importancia patrimonial y geol\u00f3gica. Actualmente, existen 15 geoparques mundiales espa\u00f1oles:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Parque Natural Cabo de Gata-N\u00edjar en Almer\u00eda.<\/p>\n

– Geoparque de la Costa Vasca.<\/p>\n

– Geoparque Mundial de Catalu\u00f1a Central.<\/p>\n

– Geoparque Or\u00edgens del Pirineo Catal\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

– Sierra de Caurel en Galicia.<\/p>\n

– Geoparque Mundial El Hierro en las Islas Canarias.<\/p>\n

– Geoparque de Granada.<\/p>\n

– Geoparque Mundial de Lanzarote y Archipi\u00e9lago Chinijo.<\/p>\n

– Geoparque Las Loras en Palencia y Burgos.<\/p>\n

– Geoparque del Maestrazgo en Teruel.<\/p>\n

UNESCO GEOPARKS SPAIN<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

UNESCO<\/strong> defines and analyzes geoparks in order to protect sites and landscapes of international geological significance with a global approach. These sites represent a heritage, geological, tourism, conservation and dissemination interest and involve all local communities. Every four years, these sites are subject to an evaluation that aims to maintain their status, combining it with the development of geotourism, the conservation of the natural environment and collaboration between the members of the geoparks network.<\/span><\/p>\n

This definition and vision was born in the nineties in Europe, being Spain one of its major promoters. There are currently more than 177 geoparks in 46 countries.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The landscape, through its nature and aesthetics, speaks of its formation, evolution and also of its inhabitants. Geological heritage is, therefore, a great source of information and resources.<\/span><\/p>\n

Spain is one of the countries with the largest number of geoparks, natural areas recognized by UNESCO, giving value to its heritage and geological importance. Currently, there are 15 Spanish Global Geoparks:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
