A\u00d1O INTERNACIONAL DEL DI\u00c1LOGO COMO GARANT\u00cdA DE PAZ<\/h3>\t\t\t

La Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) ha declarado el a\u00f1o 2023 como el A\u00f1o Internacional del Di\u00e1logo como Garant\u00eda de Paz<\/strong> con la finalidad de facilitar el encuentro y la colaboraci\u00f3n de las naciones y con el apoyo de organizaciones internacionales para conseguir el desarrollo y la aplicaci\u00f3n de estrategias y acciones que permitan establecer la paz universal.<\/p>\n

Debido a tristes acontecimientos, como los conflictos b\u00e9licos, millones de personas en todo el mundo, se ha visto obligadas a huir de sus hogares hacia un destino incierto y, a menudo, en condiciones de inseguridad, pobreza y sin garant\u00eda de gozar de sus derechos fundamentales<\/p>\n

En aquellas comunidades que atraviesan situaciones de conflicto armado y violencia, el di\u00e1logo debe ser la mejor alternativa para la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y lograr la paz. A trav\u00e9s del di\u00e1logo y la comunicaci\u00f3n, se consiguen los siguientes aspectos:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Acuerdos razonables entre todas las partes.<\/li>\n
  • Toma de decisiones responsables.<\/li>\n
  • Resoluci\u00f3n de diferencias, entendimiento mutuo y cooperaci\u00f3n en la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos.<\/li>\n
  • Erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia.<\/li>\n
  • Garant\u00eda de los derechos humanos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    De esta manera, la ONU apunta que, es un deber de las naciones y gobiernos, fomentar y facilitar el di\u00e1logo como un medio para la resoluci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de conflictos.<\/p>\n

    En resumen, el di\u00e1logo tiene el poder, no s\u00f3lo de resolver conflictos sociales y armados, sino de proteger las comunidades m\u00e1s vulnerables y fomentar la participaci\u00f3n activa de todos los sectores de la sociedad para alcanzar la paz.<\/p>\n

    YEAR OF DIALOGUE AS A GUARANTEE OF PEACE<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The United Nations (UN) has declared 2023 as the International Year of Dialogue as a Guarantee of Peace<\/strong> in order to facilitate the meeting and collaboration of nations and with the support of international organizations to achieve the development and implementation of strategies and actions to establish universal peace.<\/p>\n

    Due to sad events, such as armed conflicts, millions of people around the world have been forced to flee their homes to an uncertain destination, often in conditions of insecurity, poverty and with no guarantee of enjoying their fundamental rights.<\/p>\n

    In communities experiencing situations of armed conflict and violence, dialogue must be the best alternative for conflict resolution and peace. Through dialogue and communication, the following aspects are achieved:<\/p>\n

    -Reasonable agreements between all parties.
    \n-Responsible decision making.
    \n-Resolution of differences, mutual understanding and cooperation in conflict resolution.
    \n-Eradication of violence.
    \n-Guarantee of human rights.<\/p>\n

    In this way, the UN points out that it is the duty of nations and governments to encourage and facilitate dialogue as a means of conflict resolution and prevention.<\/p>\n

    In short, dialogue has the power not only to resolve social and armed conflicts, but also to protect the most vulnerable communities and encourage the active participation of all sectors of society to achieve peace.<\/p>\n
