D\u00cdA INTERNACIONAL DE LOS MUSEOS<\/h3>\t\t\t

Hoy, 18 de mayo, se celebra el D\u00eda Internacional de los Museos<\/strong>, con el objetivo de concienciar a las personas acerca de la relevancia de los museos como medio y herramienta para llevar a cabo un intercambio cultural.<\/p>\n

Esta efem\u00e9ride se cre\u00f3 por parte de una iniciativa del Consejo Internacional de Museos (ICOM) en el a\u00f1o 1977.<\/p>\n

Un museo, seg\u00fan el ICOM es \u201cuna instituci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, permanente y al servicio de la sociedad, que<\/strong> investiga, colecciona, conserva, interpreta y exhibe el patrimonio material e inmaterial. Abiertos al p\u00fablico, accesibles e inclusivos, los museos fomentan la diversidad y la sostenibilidad. Con la participaci\u00f3n de las comunidades, los museos operan y comunican \u00e9tica y profesionalmente, ofreciendo experiencias variadas para la educaci\u00f3n, el disfrute, la reflexi\u00f3n y el intercambio de conocimientos.\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El lema para este 2023 es \u201cMuseos, Sostenibilidad y Bienestar\u201d.<\/p>\n

INTERNATIONAL MUSEUM DAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today, May 18, International Museum Day is celebrated with the aim of raising awareness of the relevance of museums as a means and tool for cultural exchange.<\/p>\n

This event was created by an initiative of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) in 1977.<\/p>\n

A museum, according to ICOM, is “a non-profit institution, permanent and at the service of society, which researches, collects, conserves, interprets and exhibits tangible and intangible heritage. Open to the public, accessible and inclusive, museums foster diversity and sustainability. Engaging communities, museums operate and communicate ethically and professionally, offering varied experiences for education, enjoyment, reflection, and knowledge sharing.”<\/p>\n

The motto for this 2023 is “Museums, Sustainability and Wellbeing”.<\/p>\n
