COMUNICADOS EN MATERIA DE EDUCACI\u00d3N (ICOMOS)<\/h3>\t\t\t

Hace un par de meses, el Comit\u00e9 Nacional Espa\u00f1ol \u2013 ICOMOS, emiti\u00f3 un comunicado que, lamentablemente, sigue siendo noticia hoy en d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

El Comit\u00e9 Nacional de ICOMOS (Consejo Internacional de Monumentos y Sitios) en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> ha hecho p\u00fablico unos comunicados haciendo referencia a la ausencia del patrimonio cultural en distintos sectores de la ense\u00f1anza universitaria y acad\u00e9mica.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Estos comunicados se encuentran basados en documentos oficiales como la Convenci\u00f3n sobre la Protecci\u00f3n del Patrimonio Mundial Cultural y Natural, la Declaraci\u00f3n Universal sobre la Diversidad Cultural, la Convenci\u00f3n para la Salvaguardia del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial, la Carta de Cracovia, la Carta de Nizhy Tagil, el Convenio de Faro y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n

En el texto, se constata la evidente y creciente relevancia del patrimonio cultural en la vida educativa, as\u00ed como en las pr\u00e1cticas de profesiones, contrastando con la ausencia de contenidos de patrimonio cultural en la formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Los comunicados manifiestan la necesidad de ampliar contenidos relacionados con el patrimonio en la educaci\u00f3n superior, apostando por la especializaci\u00f3n del profesorado de primaria en educaci\u00f3n patrimonial y la activaci\u00f3n en planes de estudios como la arquitectura e ingenier\u00eda de contenidos sobre la protecci\u00f3n y la conservaci\u00f3n de bienes culturales.<\/p>\n

Los tres comunicados emitidos por le entidad son \u201cComunicado sobre la ausencia de patrimonio en la ense\u00f1anza universitaria de arquitectura\u201d, \u201cComunicado sobre la ausencia de contenidos de patrimonio en la ense\u00f1anza universitaria de ingenier\u00eda\u201d y \u201cComunicado sobre la necesidad de especializaci\u00f3n del profesorado de primaria para impartir los contenidos del patrimonio\u201d.<\/p>\n

EDUCATION RELEASES (ICOMOS)<\/strong><\/p>\n

A couple of months ago, the Spanish National Committee – ICOMOS, issued a statement that, unfortunately, is still in the news today.<\/p>\n

The National Committee of ICOMOS (International Council on Monuments and Sites) in Spain<\/strong> has made public some communiqu\u00e9s referring to the absence of cultural heritage in different sectors of university and academic education.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These communiqu\u00e9s are based on official documents such as the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, the Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity, the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, the Krakow Charter, the Nizhy Tagil Charter, the Faro Convention and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.<\/p>\n

In the text, they note the evident and growing relevance of cultural heritage in educational life, as well as in the practices of professions, in contrast to the absence of cultural heritage content in training.<\/p>\n

The communiqu\u00e9s express the need to expand heritage-related contents in higher education, betting on the specialization of primary school teachers in heritage education and the activation in curricula such as architecture and engineering of contents on the protection and conservation of cultural property.<\/p>\n

The three communiqu\u00e9s issued by the entity are “Communiqu\u00e9 on the absence of heritage in the university teaching of architecture”, “Communiqu\u00e9 on the absence of heritage contents in the university teaching of engineering” and “Communiqu\u00e9 on the need for specialization of primary school teachers to teach heritage contents”.<\/p>\n
