ERA DIGITAL EN LOS ESPACIOS MUSE\u00cdSTICOS<\/h3>\t\t\t

La crisis causada por la pandemia de la COVID-19 afect\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n a instituciones mundiales, como los museos, quienes se vieron obligados a desarrollar numerosas estrategias digitales para poder seguir estando presentes entre el p\u00fablico y mantener la interacci\u00f3n con \u00e9l.<\/p>\n

El ICOM AVICOM (Comit\u00e9 Internacional del Audiovisual, Nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas y Medios Sociales) y MPR (Comit\u00e9 Internacional para el Marketing y Relaciones P\u00fablicas en los museos), en colaboraci\u00f3n con ICOM Alemania, redactaron el Informe del Proyecto de Solidaridad, presentando as\u00ed, una investigaci\u00f3n donde se planteaban todos los enfoques adoptados por 173 museos de 51 pa\u00edses distintos. Estos enfoques estaban destinados a reflexionar sobre las conclusiones y las repercusiones de todos los cambios producidos en museos peque\u00f1os y medianos en relaci\u00f3n con su p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

La metodolog\u00eda de estudio se bas\u00f3 en la elaboraci\u00f3n de una matriz de museos (Museum Matrix), que consta de cinco herramientas principales: informatividad, relevancia, idoneidad de la plataforma, atenci\u00f3n al visitante y sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n

Este informe permite arrojar datos positivos respecto a la pandemia y la consecuencia que los museos han experimentado con este triste acontecimiento. Pese a la crisis sanitaria, los museos y la cultura, en general, ha seguido siendo tan necesaria, que ha requerido de una adaptaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica para poder seguir interactuando con su p\u00fablico. Estos novedosos enfoques podr\u00edan construir un futuro de experiencias muse\u00edsticas muy distinto al que conocemos actualmente, tanto a nivel presencial, como virtual.<\/p>\n

Por otro lado, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la situaci\u00f3n de la crisis sanitaria, la rapidez con la que avanzaba la era digital era un hecho poco discutible, por lo que de esta manera, se est\u00e1 configurando el motor de crecimiento e innovaci\u00f3n en m\u00faltiples espacios culturales, como pueden ser los museos.<\/p>\n

DIGITAL ERA IN MUSEUM SPACES<\/strong><\/p>\n

The crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic also affected global institutions, such as museums, which were forced to develop numerous digital strategies in order to remain present among the public and maintain interaction with them.<\/p>\n

ICOM AVICOM (International Committee for Audiovisual, New Technologies and Social Media) and MPR (International Committee for Marketing and Public Relations in Museums), in collaboration with ICOM Germany, drafted the Solidarity Project Report, presenting a survey of all the approaches adopted by 173 museums in 51 different countries. These approaches were intended to reflect on the findings and impact of all the changes in small and medium-sized museums in relation to their audiences.<\/p>\n

The study methodology was based on the development of a museum matrix (Museum Matrix), which consists of five main tools: informativeness, relevance, platform suitability, visitor care and sustainability.<\/p>\n

This report provides positive data on the pandemic and the consequences that museums have experienced as a result of this sad event. Despite the health crisis, museums and culture, in general, have continued to be so necessary that they have required technological adaptation in order to continue interacting with their audiences. These new approaches could build a future of museum experiences very different from the one we know today, both in person and virtually.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, beyond the situation of the health crisis, the speed with which the digital era was advancing was a fact little debatable, so in this way, is shaping the engine of growth and innovation in multiple cultural spaces, such as museums.<\/p>\n
