ACTUALIDAD<\/h3>\"\"<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

D\u00cdA DEL MAESTRO Y LA MAESTRA EN ESPA\u00d1A<\/h3>\t\t\t

El 27 de noviembre<\/strong> se celebra el D\u00eda del Maestro en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. A nivel mundial, la UNESCO y la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo establecieron el D\u00eda Mundial de los Docentes el 5 de octubre. Sin embargo, la diferencia de fecha entre la celebraci\u00f3n mundial y la nacional se debe a que se trata de una fiesta nacional, buscando, no s\u00f3lo rendir homenaje a todos los docentes, profesores y maestros, sino tambi\u00e9n al patr\u00f3n de los profesores: San Jos\u00e9 de Calasanz.<\/p>\n

San Jos\u00e9 de Calasanz fue un sacerdote, pedagogo y creador de la educaci\u00f3n moderna, adem\u00e1s del fundador de la primera escuela popular cristiana y gratuita de toda Europa. Las escuelas p\u00edas fueron creadas en el siglo XVII y hoy en d\u00eda, se encuentran repartidas por todo el mundo.<\/p>\n

En C\u00e1tedra UNESCO Forum Universidad y Patrimonio Cultural UPV, sabemos lo importante que resulta la labor de los maestros. La educaci\u00f3n permite la movilidad socioecon\u00f3mica ascendente y es la clave, seg\u00fan la ONU para salir de la pobreza. La Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible de la ONU contempla la necesidad de una educaci\u00f3n de calidad a trav\u00e9s del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible n\u00famero 4. Para lograr las metas de este Objetivo, es necesaria la participaci\u00f3n de los maestros, como agentes fundamentales para la persecuci\u00f3n de este objetivo.<\/p>\n

Felicidades a todos los protagonistas en el d\u00eda de hoy y enhorabuena por la labor que ejerc\u00e9is con los j\u00f3venes y m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os porque en ellos se encuentra nuestro futuro.<\/p>\n

TEACHER’SA DAY IN SPAIN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Teacher’s Day<\/strong> is celebrated in Spain on November 27<\/strong>. Worldwide, UNESCO and the International Labor Organization established World Teachers’ Day on October 5. However, the difference in date between the global and national celebration is due to the fact that it is a national holiday, seeking not only to pay tribute to all teachers, professors and teachers, but also to the patron saint of teachers: San Jos\u00e9 de Calasanz.
\nSaint Joseph Calasanz was a priest, pedagogue and creator of modern education, as well as the founder of the first Christian and free popular school in Europe. The pious schools were created in the 17th century and today, they are spread all over the world.<\/p>\n

At UNESCO Chair Forum University and Cultural Heritage UPV, we know how important the work of teachers is. Education allows upward socioeconomic mobility and is the key, according to the UN, to get out of poverty. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the UN contemplates the need for quality education through Sustainable Development Goal number 4. To achieve the goals of this Goal, the participation of teachers is necessary, as fundamental agents for the pursuit of this objective.<\/p>\n
