NUEVO CURSO ONLINE “ARTE, ARTESAN\u00cdA Y CRETIVIDAD SOSTENIBLES”<\/h3>\t\t\t

La llamada\u00a0\u201cmoda r\u00e1pida\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0ha provocado que la cantidad de ropa que se produce aumente, pero a la vez que aumenta la producci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n lo hace el n\u00famero de prendas que se tiran.<\/p>\n

La Uni\u00f3n Europea desea reducir los\u00a0residuos textiles<\/strong>, prologando la vida de estos productos, aumentando su reciclado y modificando algunas condiciones poco sostenibles que se dan en el proceso de producci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

La industria textil y de confecci\u00f3n mundial utiliz\u00f3, en 2015, 79.000 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de agua. Por poner un ejemplo, para elaborar una sola camiseta de algod\u00f3n, se estima que se necesitan 2.700 litros de agua dulce, lo que equivale a la cantidad de agua que una persona bebe en dos a\u00f1os y medio.<\/p>\n

Desde Ocean Art Project, proyecto de C\u00e1tedra UNESCO Forum Universidad y Patrimonio Cultural UPV, se pretende concienciar a j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1os sobre esta problem\u00e1tica, dando siempre una visi\u00f3n positiva de esperanza hacia el futuro.<\/p>\n

Para ello, C\u00e1tedra UNESCO Forum Universidad y Patrimonio Cultural UPV ha lanzado, con Mar\u00eda Victoria Vivancos Ram\u00f3n, su directora, el MOOC \u201cArte, artesan\u00eda y creatividad sostenibles\u201d<\/strong>. Este curso, disponible online y con opci\u00f3n de obtenci\u00f3n de certificado, pretende concienciar sobre las 3R en el mundo textil, en el cual, a diario, y no s\u00f3lo a nivel p\u00fablico, sino privado, se generan muchos residuos.<\/p>\n

So-called “fast fashion” has led to an increase in the amount of clothing being produced, but as production increases, so does the number of garments being thrown away.<\/p>\n

The European Union wants to reduce textile waste by extending the life of these products, increasing their recycling and modifying some unsustainable conditions in the production process.<\/p>\n

The global textile and clothing industry used, in 2015, 79 billion cubic meters of water. To give an example, to produce a single cotton T-shirt, it is estimated that 2,700 liters of fresh water are needed, which is equivalent to the amount of water a person drinks in two and a half years.<\/p>\n

Ocean Art Project, a project of UNESCO Chair Forum University and Cultural Heritage UPV, aims to raise awareness among young people and children about this problem, always giving a positive vision of hope for the future.<\/p>\n

To this end, UNESCO Chair Forum University and Cultural Heritage UPV has launched, with Mar\u00eda Victoria Vivancos Ram\u00f3n, its director, the MOOC “Sustainable Art, Crafts and Creativity”<\/strong>. This course, available online and with the option of obtaining a certificate, aims to raise awareness of the 3Rs in the textile world, in which, daily, and not only at public but also at private level, a lot of waste is generated.<\/p>\n
