Este evento tendr\u00e1 lugar en Barcelona en el segundo semestre de 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En palabras de Audrey Azoulay \u201cMONDIACULT es un gran evento en el que los 194 Estados Miembros de la UNESCO definen juntos la agenda mundial para la cultura. Tras el \u00e9xito de la edici\u00f3n de 2022 en M\u00e9xico, me complace anunciar que la edici\u00f3n 2025 se celebrar\u00e1 en Barcelona. En este foro de ministros, la UNESCO presentar\u00e1 el primer informe mundial sobre el estado de la cultura, fruto de tres a\u00f1os de trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la directora general de la UNESCO, ha acordado, con el presidente del Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a, abordar especialmente, el tema de la inteligencia artificial, una tecnolog\u00eda que ofrece muchas oportunidades, pero tambi\u00e9n genera preocupaciones a los artistas. De esta manera, a principios del a\u00f1o 2025, la UNESCO lanzar\u00e1 una convocatoria de proyectos dedicada al impacto de la inteligencia artificial en la cultura.<\/p>\n<p>Espa\u00f1a se ha mostrad siempre muy comprometida con todos los programas de la UNESCO, sien do el pa\u00eds del mundo con mayor n\u00famero de reservas de biosfera y de C\u00e1tedras UNESCO y el tercero por n\u00famero de sitios inscritos en la Lista de Patrimonio Mundial. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n es el quinto mayor contribuyente europeo al presupuesto regulador de la Organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la candidatura de Barcelona fue propuesta por el Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a en el mes de octubre de 2023, siendo una ciudad con mucha experiencia en la organizaci\u00f3n de eventos internacionales de la UNESCO: en 2022, acogi\u00f3 la Conferencia Mundial de la UNESCO sobre ense\u00f1anza superior y en abril de 2024 acoger\u00e1 la Conferencia del Decenio de las Ciencias Oce\u00e1nicas para el Desarrollo Sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>__<\/p>\n<p><strong>Last February, Audrey Azoulay, Director General of UNESCO, informed the Government of Spain that Spain will be in charge of organizing the next edition of MONDIACULT, the international forum of ministers of culture. This event will take place in Barcelona in the second half of 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the words of Audrey Azoulay, &#8220;MONDIACULT is a major event where UNESCO&#8217;s 194 Member States define together the global agenda for culture. Following the success of the 2022 edition in Mexico, I am pleased to announce that the 2025 edition will be held in Barcelona. At this forum of ministers, UNESCO will present the first global report on the state of culture, the fruit of three years of work.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Director-General of UNESCO has agreed with the President of the Government of Spain to address, in particular, the issue of artificial intelligence, a technology that offers many opportunities, but also raises concerns for artists. Thus, in early 2025, UNESCO will launch a call for projects dedicated to the impact of artificial intelligence on culture.<\/p>\n<p>Spain has always been very committed to all of UNESCO&#8217;s programs, being the country with the largest number of biosphere reserves and UNESCO Chairs in the world and the third largest number of sites inscribed on the World Heritage List.
