En este contexto, se destaca la responsabilidad intergeneracional, indicando que las generaciones presentes tienen el deber de preservar y transmitir el patrimonio cultural recibido a las generaciones venideras, garantizando as\u00ed su disfrute y conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se resalta la conexi\u00f3n entre responsabilidad intergeneracional y sostenibilidad, evocando la Declaraci\u00f3n final de la Conferencia Mundial UNESCO sobre las Pol\u00edticas Culturales y el Desarrollo Sostenible (Mondiacult 2022). Los Principios de Maastricht establecen que cada generaci\u00f3n debe proteger y conservar el patrimonio cultural para las futuras generaciones y asegurar sus derechos humanos, enfatizando el derecho al patrimonio cultural.<\/p>\n<p>Pincha <a href=\"https:\/\/catunescoforum.blogs.upv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ART-ESPANOL-1.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a> para acceder al art\u00edculo completo.<\/p>\n<p>__<\/p>\n<p>The UNESCO Chair Forum University and Cultural Heritage UPV is pleased to announce the publication of the article Maastricht and the cultural heritage of future generations, written by Alberto Blanco-Uribe Quintero, professor at the Central University of Venezuela, who is also a collaborator of our Chair.<\/p>\n<p>Although the principles mentioned in the article do not constitute an international treaty, their content is binding.<\/p>\n<p>These principles are based on human rights, which apply both to current human beings and to future generations, following the principles of dignity, timelessness, progressiveness and \u201cin dubio pro homine\u201d. In this context, intergenerational responsibility is highlighted, indicating that present generations have the duty to preserve and transmit the cultural heritage received to future generations, thus guaranteeing its enjoyment and conservation.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the connection between intergenerational responsibility and sustainability is highlighted, evoking the Final Declaration of the UNESCO World Conference on Cultural Policies and Sustainable Development (Mondiacult 2022).
