OCEAN ART PROJECT
Ocean Art Project, un proyecto de la Cátedra UNESCO Forum Universidad y Patrimonio Cultural de la UPV y parte del Plan ThinkInAzul de la Comunidad Valenciana, entra en su último año de acción. Desde su inicio, el objetivo de Ocean Art Project ha sido acercar el patrimonio cultural y natural marino a jóvenes y niños, y concienciar sobre la importancia del cuidado de los mares y océanos en nuestra vida.
Durante este período de investigación, Ocean Art Project ha conocido y profundizado en los principales que amenazan nuestros mares y océanos, centrándose, especialmente en el mar Mediterráneo. Además, se ha contado con la colaboración de los distintos colaboradores pertenecientes al proyecto y otras sinergias que han ido surgiendo para acercar la materia específica a todo el público al que va dirigido el material propuesto.
De esta manera, toda esta información se ha ido traduciendo en diferentes recursos para llegar a los jóvenes y más pequeños y concienciar así sobre el cuidado de los mares y océanos, desde el punto de vista del patrimonio cultural y natural marino como herramienta.

Ocean Art Project, a project of the UNESCO Chair Forum University and Cultural Heritage of the UPV and part of the ThinkInAzul Plan of the Valencian Community, is entering its last year of action. Since its inception, the objective of Ocean Art Project has been to bring marine cultural and natural heritage closer to young people and children, and to raise awareness about the importance of caring for the seas and oceans in our lives.
During this period of research, Ocean Art Project has known and deepened in the main threats to our seas and oceans, focusing especially on the Mediterranean Sea. In addition, we have counted on the collaboration of the different collaborators belonging to the project and other synergies that have arisen to bring the specific subject matter closer to all the public to whom the proposed material is addressed.
In this way, all this information has been translated into different resources to reach young people and children and raise awareness about the care of the seas and oceans, from the point of view of the cultural and natural marine heritage as a tool.
