RESEÑA EXPO JOVE VALENCIA 2023-2024
Expo Jove ha cerrado la edición 2023-2024 acogiendo casi a 155.000 visitantes entre el 26 de diciembre de 2023 y el 4 de enero de 2024.
Bajo el lema “Haz tuya la Navidad”, varias actividades han llenado, los cerca de 50.000m2 distribuidos en 4 pabellones de la Feria de Muestras de Valencia.
En esta 41ª edición, estuvo presente el equipo de Ocean Art Project. En el espacio situado en el pabellón 2, se pudieron realizar distintos talleres con los más pequeños y también jóvenes.
Numerosas familias pudieron conocer la labor Ocean Art Project, proyecto que pertenece a la Cátedra UNESCO Universidad y Patrimonio Cultural de la Universitat Politècnica de València. El equipo presentó algunas iniciativas que se han realizado durante el segundo año de vida del proyecto. Muchos niños, jóvenes, junto a sus familias, pudieron disfrutar de algunos Juegos Marinos. Además, se llevaron a la Feria, los dibujos a línea de los artistas Malú Mosca (OceanGo!) y Jorge Sánchez (De Sirenas, Mitos y Trazos). Además, se reprodujeron los cortos animados realizados por los alumnos del Grado en Diseño y Tecnologías Creativas este curso académico pasado y se llevaron algunos bocetos que institutos presentaron a la primera convocatoria de Ocean Street Art Festival.
El 2 de enero se contó con la presencia del equipo de Play Radio, quien realizó una entrevista al equipo y pudo captar, in situ, el espíritu que Ocean Art Project, generó en Expo Jove durante los 10 días de duración de la Feria.
Una vez concluida la Feria de la Infancia y Juventud más multitudinaria de la Comunidad Valenciana, seguimos trabajando en nuestros objetivos, tras ver, de manera muy general, que los más pequeños, quienes constituyen el futuro de la sociedad, se encuentran animados, motivados y entusiasmados por cuidar de nuestro patrimonio cultural y natural marino.

Expo Jove has closed the 2023-2024 edition welcoming almost 155,000 visitors between December 26, 2023 and January 4, 2024.
Under the slogan “Make Christmas yours”, several activities have filled the nearly 50,000m2 distributed in 4 pavilions of the Feria de Muestras de Valencia.
In this 41st edition, the Ocean Art Project team was present. In the space located in Hall 2, different workshops were held for children and young people.
Many families were able to learn about the work of Ocean Art Project, a project that belongs to the UNESCO Chair University and Cultural Heritage of the Universitat Politècnica de València. The team presented some initiatives that have been carried out during the second year of the project. Many children and young people, together with their families, were able to enjoy some Sea Games. In addition, the line drawings of the artists Malú Mosca (OceanGo!) and Jorge Sánchez (De Sirenas, Mitos y Trazos) were taken to the Fair. In addition, the animated short films made by the students of the Degree in Design and Creative Technologies this past academic year were reproduced and some of the sketches that institutes presented to the first call of Ocean Street Art Festival were taken to the Fair.
On January 2, we had the presence of the Play Radio team, who conducted an interview with the team and was able to capture, in situ, the spirit that Ocean Art Project, generated in Expo Jove during the 10 days of the Fair.
After the conclusion of the largest Fair for Children and Youth in the Valencian Community, we continue working on our objectives, after seeing, in a very general way, that the youngest, who are the future of society, are encouraged, motivated and enthusiastic about taking care of our cultural and natural marine heritage.
