IDENTIFICAR, RECONOCER y DEFENDER. Estas tres palabras definen los objetivos que tienen los Premios Europeos de Patrimonio/Premios Europa Nostra para dar visibilidad a las mejores prácticas en la conservación del patrimonio cultural. También se reconoce el desarrollo innovador y el conocimiento en el cuidado del patrimonio cultural, tanto material como inmaterial. Este programa persigue el intercambio y la transferencia de experiencias y habilidades entre las comunidades europeas e internacionales.
Otro de los objetivos de este certamen es aumentar la visibilidad y la comprensión de los valores que ofrece el patrimonio cultural para la sociedad, la economía y el medio ambiente.
Los proyectos presentados deberán acotarse en las siguientes categorías: conservación y adaptación a nuevos usos; investigación; educación, formación y capacitación; participación ciudadana y sensibilización; campeones del patrimonio.
Los proyectos podrán estar relacionados con el patrimonio material, inmaterial o digital; grandes o pequeñas y desde un nivel local hasta nivel europeo e internacional.
La fecha límite para las presentaciones es el 25 de noviembre de 2022.

EUROPA NOSTRA AWARDS 2023
IDENTIFY, RECOGNIZE and DEFEND. These three words define the objectives of the European Heritage Awards/Europa Nostra Awards to give visibility to best practices in the conservation of cultural heritage. It also recognizes innovative development and knowledge in the care of cultural heritage, both tangible and intangible. This program pursues the exchange and transfer of experiences and skills between European and international communities.
Another objective of this competition is to increase the visibility and understanding of the values offered by cultural heritage for society, the economy and the environment.
The projects submitted should fall into the following categories: conservation and adaptation to new uses; research; education, training and capacity building; public participation and awareness; and heritage champions.
Projects may be related to tangible, intangible or digital heritage; large or small and from local to European and international levels.
The deadline for submissions is November 25th, 2022.
